Elliott comes with many years of experience managing executive search campaigns for clients in the private and not-for-profit sectors, most recently with shipping and software company startups. He also has years of experience as an executive coach. Starting out in the private sector he has branched out to the not-for-profit area which he has really found rewarding.
What really energises Elliott is working for so many different C-suite organisations; he does not like being pigeon-holed into one sector or one type of client. He also enjoys global perspectives, having helped several European and Global leaders transform themselves and their businesses. He started working freelance whilst working at another company and then finally setup his own consultancy in 2025.

With over 15 years in executive consulting, I’ve guided numerous organisations toward success. My focus is on creating impactful leadership strategies. I have recently chosen to take my experience from the private, not-for-profit and public sector and have started my own consultancy. I find that my success comes from really understanding the basic needs of each Executive and the aims and values of their organisation.
I have experience of executive recruitment and executive coaching in the private, not-for-profit and public sector. Each sector brings their own angles but at the end of the day all Executives want the same thing, to become a successful leader who can lead through others and feel comfortable doing so.
