With over 15 years in executive consulting, Elliott has guided organisations across the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors, with particular expertise in Web3, crypto and shipping. He launched Caton Consultancy UK in 2025, drawing on his experience at consultancy firms and tech startups to build a boutique practice with a genuinely personal approach. No two clients are the same, and that's exactly how he likes it.
