Elliott Caton
CEO & Founder
With over 15 years in executive consulting, Elliott has guided organisations across the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors, with particular expertise in Web3, crypto and shipping. He launched Caton Consultancy UK in 2025, drawing on his experience at consultancy firms and tech startups to build a boutique practice with a genuinely personal approach. No two clients are the same, and that's exactly how he likes it.
Elliott works directly with every client — there are no account managers or intermediaries. His hands-on approach means organisations and leaders always have direct access to the expertise they're paying for.
Amelia Johnson
Senior Coach (Self-employed)
With 30 years of executive coaching experience across all industries, Amelia brings a wealth of insight to Caton Consultancy UK. Her specialism is coaching for Non-Executive Directorships, providing tailored guidance that helps experienced leaders make their mark at board level.
Amelia has worked with leaders across the FTSE 100, the public sector, and major international organisations. Her coaching methodology is evidence-based, deeply personal, and consistently produces measurable results.
